Body and Soul
Before our session begins, I will have you choose which aromatherapy path you would like to take. I've been using lavender for a long time and it's fabulous for relaxation, but it might be nice to switch things up a bit. If you have any questions on what the aromatherapy benefits are for different oils, please just ask! For example, citrus oils like Orange and Tangerine are a great mood lifter. The woodsy scents like Cypress and Cedarwood are stress relieving and can help with clarity, as well as Clary Sage. Peppermint can also help with a headache. If this all sounds good and you're not sure which one is for you, just let your nose be your guide and breathe in the healing aromas of our wondrous planet.
